Torrent Video Cutter is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to cut a segment or various segments of a video file. Many media formats are supported (AVI, MPEG, VOB, WMV, ASF, RM, RMVB, 3GP, and MP4). The process to cut a media file is simple.
First, you have to open the source file. Then, you can use the slide bar to go to any part of the video or play the entire video to set the start and end points. For more precise results you can go backward or forward frame by frame to set the start and end points. Next, you have to add to the cut list the segment or segments you wish to cut. You can cut only one segment at a time, but after you have on the list all the segments to be cut, you can start the cutting process and all the segments will be saved in the same folder of the source file with the same format.
You can choose any of the segments and open the edit window to modify the start and end points of the video. You can also delete a segment from the list or clear all the list of segments. I tested the program on Windows XP and works perfect, but running the program on Windows 7 the GUI may have some visualization problems.
